Bee Swarm Removal
Bee swarming is a natural occurrence, it is part of their reproductive cycle. If you find one, the best thing is to leave it alone and contact us. Bees in a swarm are not aggressive unless provoked.
We can collect swarms typically up to 15km around Mount Maunganui.

Shadow Beekeeping
Are you keen to get bees, but are not sure if you are ready for a hive in your own garden? Would you like to join us for a half day of shadow beekeeping for us? You can be as much hands on as you would like, from lighting a smoker to lifting top bar combs; or just simply taking it all in while we do our job? We carefully supervise and offer you tuition while we perform our inspections. We have different kinds of hives that you can experience in. We provide the protective gear.
